These terms govern the use of the services offered by CarlHost, including VPS, game servers, VPN and IP transit. By ordering or using a service you accept these terms.
1. Services
CarlHost provides hosting and connectivity services from the SkyLink datacenter in the Netherlands. The features, resources and price of each service are those shown at the time of your order.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you order and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens on your services.
3. Payments and renewals
- Services are prepaid and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them.
- If a payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend the service. If it remains unpaid, we may terminate it and delete its data.
- Prices may change. We will notify you before a new price applies to your renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You must use our services in line with the law and with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate a service immediately if it is used in breach of that policy.
5. Your data and backups
You are responsible for the content you store on our services and for keeping your own backups. Unless a backup service is explicitly included in your plan, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost data.
6. Availability and maintenance
We work to keep our services available at all times. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. When possible, we will announce planned maintenance in advance.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel a service at any time; it will stay active until the end of the period already paid. Data on a cancelled service is deleted after it expires.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. By asking us to activate a service immediately, you acknowledge that this right ends once the service has been fully provided, and that for the period already used you will pay for the service provided.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CarlHost is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Important changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
